ABOUT US

The Synergy Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit organization, is a non-partisan, ethnically and religiously diverse group dedicated to enriching the educational and cultural experience of both youth and adults. We promote vital communication skills, both written and oral, and provide a platform for constructive forms of self-expression, especialy through poetry and literary arts. Increased literacy gives individuals a chance to improve their own conditions, and creative emotional outlets curb violence and combat a host of social ills.

Our multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary programs help establish creative synergies among diverse groups and individuals, strengthening relationships in and among communities. Such exchanges help dispel ignorance that can lead to intolerance and hatred. We are dedicated to the sharing of voices and perspectives across borders of all kinds, including gender and generation gaps, ethnic, religious, socio-economic, geographical and national barriers. Our programs aim to benefit individuals, local communities, and the cause of peace on a worldwide scale.

If you are a literary artist, literary arts fan, educator, potential collaborator in another artistic discipline, work or play in a related field, or simply agree with our goals and values, please contact us to see how you can get involved. We enjoy mutual support from a variety of other non-profit organizations (including schools), bookstores, etc.

We are also very grateful for much needed tax-deductible monetary contributions.
